Cape Reptile Research and
Conservation
The Cape Reptile Research and Conservation program was initiated in
1999 and is a platform to collate information regarding reptile
research and also to promote the CONSERVATION of reptiles
throughout Africa.
It is also aimed at education of rural African people about the
management, First-Aid, and prevention of snakebite, something which
is becoming a major problem as we encroach into their
habitat.
